I looked back on the past and organized my photography journey. Last year, my main focus was on capturing the theme of "the extraordinary in the everyday."
It wasn't just about beautiful landscapes or special moments—I also discovered and documented the small yet meaningful scenes hidden in daily life. This process made me realize that photography is not just a hobby; it has also become a tool for me to reflect on my life.
It doesn’t have to be something special or a unique place. The morning commute, scenes in the supermarket or market, and sunlight streaming through the window—anything can become a subject to capture.
Through this process, I found joy in discovering beauty within the familiar. Things I had never paid attention to before were reintroduced through the camera lens. By documenting these moments, I realized that daily life is no longer a monotonous routine but a special space filled with subtle changes.
While capturing the extraordinary in the everyday, I also came to understand that every moment in life deserves attention, whether or not there are special plans or travels. Furthermore, it became a meaningful process of reflecting on how I perceive the world—what moves me and what I might have missed.
